House Numbers - Discussion of Materials and Available Finishes for Cast Metals

Brushed	Enamel Paint	Brushed or Baked-Enamel Painted, cast house number or letters are finished by stroke-sanding the faces and bead-blasting their returns. Prime aluminum ingots of alloy #356 are used to produce Brushed and Baked Enamel pieces.
Nouveau Patina	Rust	Powder-Coated cast house numbers and letters are bead-blasted to smooth, then powder-coated via an electro-static process to deposit a protective surface that fully coats all sides of the numbers or letters. Prime aluminum ingots of alloy #356 are used for this finish.
Clear Anodized Medium Bronze Anodized Gold Anodized	Black Anodized Dark Bronze Anodized	Anodized Aluminum cast house numbers or letters are finished either as Clear-Anodic or Tint-Anodic. The anodized styles have stroke-sanded faces with hand-sanded returns. Prime aluminum ingots of alloy #514 are used for anodized pieces.

Brushed		Brushed Bronze cast numbers & letters are produced from prime ingots of NAVY-G (88-8-0-4) bronze alloy. This alloy is lead and mercury free. The number or letter faces are stroke sanded and their returns are sanded by hand.
Medium Oxidized	Dark Oxidized	Oxidized Bronze cast house numbers and letters are finished in two degrees of oxidization, Medium & Dark. As in all of our cast bronze pieces NAVY-G (88-8-0-4) bronze alloy is used. The faces of the numbers or letters are stroke sanded and the returns are sanded by hand.
Polished		Polished Bronze cast house numbers or letters are polished by hand on the faces and the returns are sanded or bead blasted. As in all of our cast bronze pieces NAVY-G (88-8-0-4) bronze alloy is used.
Turquoise Patina	Traditional Verde Patina	Patina Bronze cast numbers or letters are lightly smoothed by sanding then immersed in a chemical bath to produce the Turquoise or Traditional Verde patinas. As in all of our cast bronze piece NAVY-G (88-8-0-4) bronze alloy is used.
