Laser-Cut Plastic Specifications:
Our acrylic pieces are cut with an industrial laser from flat acrylic sheet.
This process polishes the edges of your pieces with laser-smoothed returns.
Laser cutting produces an inside radius of approximately .015" - .125".
Note: Those acrylic colors with metallic flakes, such as metallic silver, will
have a smoked edge appearance when cut with our laser.
Acrylic is available in depths (thickness) of 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", and 3/4":

For the sizes 1/8" through 1/2" the plastic
is a Solid Acrylic color

For 3/4" acrylic the color of the plastic is white acrylic painted one of our
Painted Acrylic colors.
